NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility: Royal Purple’s Real Steel Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Royal Purple, Officers, Directors of Sponsor, The Walt Disney Company, Mark Travel Corporation, the Universal Sheraton and their respective parents and affiliate companies, suppliers (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judge's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 9, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.royalpurple.com/realsteel and enter your name, email address and phone number. You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing your name, phone number and email address to: Royal Purple’s Real Steel Sweepstakes, 1 Royal Purple Lane, Porter, TX, 77365. Limit one (1) entry per person daily during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by any method will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Potential winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to win. Winners will be required to show proof of their identity and age.

The Sweepstakes winners will be randomly selected on or about 2/02/2012 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes winners will be notified via email and by phone. Redemption instructions will be provided when the winners are notified. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, he/she will forfeit his/her prize.

Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, the potential Sweepstakes winner, must sign and return, within fourteen (14) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential Sweepstakes winner does not sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes prize will be fulfilled within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Sweepstakes winner has been confirmed. Sponsor will ship the runner-up prize(s) to the winners. For the grand prize, Sponsor will provide a certificate valid for redemption before December 31, 2012. Winner must reserve and use trip prior to December 31, 2012 or he/she will forfeit the prize.

Prizes:

ONE GRAND PRIZE – One (1) winner will receive coach airfare courtesy of Funjet Vacations, hotel accommodations at the Universal Sheraton and one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles to visit Legacy Effects. The trip will be five (5) days and four (4) nights. Prize package valued at four thousand four hundred dollars ($4,400)

Winner and his/her guests will be given a VIP behind-the-scenes tour of special effects house, Legacy Effects, creators of the robots featured in the film Real Steel. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary; and a minor may not participate in the trip unless accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian as one of the guests. All guests will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., credit card, etc.) before departure.

RUNNER UP PRIZE - Twenty-five (25) winners will receive a DVD/Blu-ray Combo Pack of Real Steel . DVD/Blu-Ray

Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one prize per person/family/household.

No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Except as may be stated in the prize description, winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Release: By receipt of any Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and each such companies’ officers, directors, employees and agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, lawsuit, demands, damages, judgments, proceedings, fines, penalties, loss, cost or expense (including attorneys’ fees and legal costs) including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property (collectively, “Claim”), arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, delivery, installation, possession, acceptance, defect or use or misuse of any prize.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrants hereby release, indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any Claim in connection with: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’'participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the “Sweepstakes” play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
